How long does shipping take?

Items will be delivered within one to two business days after your order is received.

Please note that someone must be present to receive the product ordered so that a safety demonstration and walkthrough of the proper operating procedures of the item can be completed.

What is your return policy?

Stihl serialized equipment can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

Anything else can be returned or exchanged if unused within 7 days of purchase.

Do your products have warranties?

Honda Power Equipment comes with a three-year manufacturers warranty.

Additional warranty periods vary by manufacturer, however, Stihl and Husqvarna offer up to two-year warranties on most products sold with the purchase of the manufacturer’s fuel. Please inquire for details.
