Service Department

Our factory trained and certified Master Service Technicians fix it right the first time. Arrow’s Service Department provides emergency service, pick-up & delivery and in-house warranty service. Our fully stocked and extensive parts inventory enables us to reduce repair turn-around-times given, in most cases, we have the parts required for your repair on-site. You will also be informed of an expected completion date for your repair and in some cases, our Service Department can make adjustments or complete minor repairs while you wait, getting you back up and running right away.

Parts Department

We have a fully stocked parts department with factory trained and full time parts counter staff. We use internet based parts look-up systems, linked directly to the manufacturers inventory databases so we can check parts availability in real time. Our technical drawing information system is based on the manufacturers technical drawings, by model number, to ensure we accurately find the part you need, the first time.

Arrow Equipment carries over 9000 different part numbers in stock including a full line of accessories such as oils, trimmer line and heads, sparkplugs, lubricants and chainsaw chain. If we don’t have the chain loop you need, we can cut it while you wait!

Pick Up & Delivery

We can pick up and deliver your equipment for repair or deliver new equipment purchased from Arrow Equipment anywhere in the Lower Mainland as required. Contact us for a quote.
